(<strong>S<\/strong>pecifics, <strong>M<\/strong>esurables, <strong>A<\/strong>chievables, <strong>R<\/strong>ealist, <strong>T<\/strong>ime based).<br> Pour cela on se base sur l&rsquo;existant en identifiants les processus et les indicateurs cl\u00e9s permettant d&rsquo;avoir des \u00e9l\u00e9ments mesurables. Cette base permet d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer la maturit\u00e9 des processus et r\u00e9ajuster les objectifs l&rsquo;ambition (\u00e0 la hausse ou \u00e0 la baisse). C&rsquo;et souvent aussi une tr\u00e8s bonne base de comparaison avec ses concurrents. <br>Le regroupement d\u2019indicateurs en ICP (<strong>I<\/strong>ndicateurs <strong>C<\/strong>l\u00e9s de <strong>P<\/strong>erformance) en tableau de bord est la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape.
